Nashville Kettlebell Member of the Year 2011
ByAnother year of asses kicked and names taken at Nashville Kettlebell. I want to take this opportunity to recognize those who qualified for our Member of the Year for 2011.
Here is a run down of their results as well as video from them of their story. Be sure to cast your vote on who you think should win the award for Member of the Year 2011.
PJ Olsen- Improved her half-marathon time by 27 minutes and is pain free at 52.
Melissa Melton- Huge improvements in her strength and appearance.
Amanda Hanna- After years of bouncing around from one fitness trend to another with no results, she found the the thing that gets her the results she wants and she loves doing.
George Walker- Lost 30lbs and improved all the numbers on his next physical in 6 months.
Katie Vance – Lost 70 pounds
Jessica Lennon – Reduced her stress levels, Got stronger, dropped 4 dress sizes and lost 25lbs.
Duke Herrell – A doctor takes control of his own health and fitness.
Ryan Quigley – Ryan talks about what he thinks is important.
Steve McKee – Feeling better and stronger at 40 than at 25.

I think Steve’s video was great for he fact he is so honest about his age and with age we all tend slow down and not be as active or feel as good as we once did. So glad he enjoyed getting healthy. Sounds like his personal trainer took the the time with him to learn Steve and that makes us all want to go to Kettlebell. And so very true about spending $ at the gyms that you stop going to!
Kudos to you Kettlebell, you made a good guy even better!
